We're going to California today. Yesterday I had an emergency hair cut. I have been growing my hair since August and had it at the longest length it's ever been... my entire life. After looking in the mirror and feeling like I had a lions mane, I decided to go back to the bob. I have to tell you I finally feel like myself again. Long hair must just not be in the cards for me.

We're going to California this weekend for Grant's good friends wedding. I'm trying to put together a smashing outfit for Grant but am struggeling. Bought this JCrew Shirt...
To wear with this JCrew tie...


Didn't buy the sweater vest because I'm not sure what I think about them. Opinions?

Thinking I'll go back to JCrew and buy this tie just in case the knit tie / sweater vest look doesn't come together

I love all things French. I also love how sweet these kids bedrooms are. I'll have to keep them on hand for when I have my own children to love.

I LOVE interier design as of the last year. I would love to do something like this pink hallway. It's perfect with the gold mirror, the white bedroom and bench, white and black picture frames. So cute.

There's nothing like being trapped in your basement. It's snowing and all I can do is look at the amazing Spring clothes at J Crew. If only May wasn't so far away.

It's been a very painful week. I'm recovering well and finished a JELLO pudding cup this afternoon. Small accomplishments mean a lot.

I'm so happy February is here. I have hope to be back on my feet by Valentines Day. Hopefully well enough to make my heart shape sugar cookies. AND EAT THEM TOO!
