Late August we went to Manti for the Sanpete County Fair. We went to the parade. 

 Monet was showing us how the 'Queen's' wave at the parade. 

 We also went to the carnival. 

Monet was loving every minute of it. 

We also went to the rodeo that night. 

It was a super fun filled evening!

August 25th the Binky Fairy came and took away all of Monet's binky's. It was a rough five days but we got through it!

 Chloe has been helping me with Monet, it's been heavenly. 

 Monet loves the neighbors cat. (Poor kitty)

The first of August, we all went to Leadville to watch Larry race. We stayed at Copper Mountain in a really fun house. There was a hot tub and so Monet was in heaven. Every morning, every night, soaking in the hot tub. She even ate her pancakes in there.

 We went to the Vail rodeo. It was the cutest rodeo grounds, with horseback rides and face painting and cotton candy. The rodeo was a bit of a joke, but it made us laugh and we all had a good time.

 Another day we rode the chair lift, hiked around and let Monet do the number boats. 

 Saturday was Leadville. The weather was perfect and Larry rode really well. It was a good day. Not too stressful and not as long as usual :)

 Monet made sure to hydrate herself every time grandpa came through. 

 She was sad to see him hurting so badly.

 What better way to end a trip than to burn the bacon, set off the fire alarms, have the fire trucks come, and let Monet check it all out in her diaper and cowboy hat. Too much.

Mid August Monet had to have some cavities filled. It was awful having them put her out. It was more awful watching her come out of it. She was completely not herself! It was a long, stressful day! But thankfully everything was fine and Monet didn't seem too disturbed by the whole process. She now makes me play dentist with her before bed every night. I'll do anything to brush, floss and fluoride those little teeth. No more cavities!

 Dinner at La Dolce Vita. Enjoying the last few warm summer nights. 

 Monet is getting excited for Halloween. She has gone to the movie ParaNorman four times. She is constantly talking about what she wants to be for Halloween. She dresses up everyday. She also likes to tell me what everyone in the family, including the baby can be. 

 Chloe cheered at Homecoming last weekend. Monet had a cold but she was loving watching Chloe and then going on the field with her and dancing. 

 Good morning little sunshine.

 Monet is into putting together all sorts of outfits. She has a say in everything that she wears.

 Cleaning out the garage and fixing up her bike.
