QUESTION???

Do any of you moms out there NOT use bumper pads in the crib? I never bought any because I had the crib sheet made - I've done some online research and read that you really don't need bumper pads... any thoughts if I am a bad mom for not padding the crib?

24th of July picnic

... For the 24th we went to Sundance for a picnic.
She was happy laying and kicking on her blanket in the fresh air.
Chloe was happy to hold and play with her.
..
Good news...
She will drink formula now.
No more nursing in dirty stair wells.

I am so thankful to be feeling healthy again. There were about 8 weeks where I wasn't sure if I would ever feel like my normal self again. I still have some stomach issues but overall I feel so much healthier. I don't think there is anything more important in life than feeling well.

Last night we met some friends for a movie. I thought (hoped) Monet would fall asleep through it all. However she looked like this for almost the entire 3 hour movie. I think she might be too out of the "newborn" stage for movies.
