Please don't judge. She's entertained and I have time to do the dishes and blog about my five month old who I put two feet in front of the tv (occasionally, I swear).

Don't you know you are going to mess up her depth perception, her ability to form words, and any musical talent that she might have! And Sponge Bob, seriously? What are you trying to do to her?

kidding:) I do it all the time. And sponge drives me nuts, but for some reason the kids are mesmerized.

We're headed to Entrada this weekend. You want to join for a little hiking, biking, tennis? And I guess Grant could golf too.

Amazing. I love it!
Maybe we'll have to get her and Jack together for a little matinee!

You know it's bad when you actually start laughing at Spongebob!

UMMMMM I did it all the time with Indi and she is as smart as they come. Don't start having guilt as a mother, get out of the habit early :)

When she gets bored of Sponge Bob, try Tom and Jerry! You forgot to give her some Cheetos!

Sometimes you have to do that for a shower too. I know I did. Gosh I would have looked and smelled like crap if I didn't. She looked like she is pretty loved so you are doing a great job!

PS just read your post on the cry it out method. We are trying it too, I felt bad as well, but instead of just leaving him abandon, I softened it up a little-- I read him a little story and sing to him, then I put him down with my hand on his belly for a few minutes. If he doesn't fall asleep, I leave the room and do the cry it out thing. Come back, put your hand on his belly for a sec. then usually he's asleep.
