My new favorite summer dessert. This was the first time I made it so I have a few improvements next time.Home Made Strawberry Ice Cream:
1 c. whole milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. whipping cream
1 c. fresh strawberry's cut into chunks
Ginger Snap Cookies
Brush Caro syrup onto the top of the ginger snap and dust with sugar.
Put ice cream in between and enjoy.
